Muro Wood Deck Screws with Gray ShieldGuard Coating
Designed for use with the Muro FDVL41 Speed Driver Auto Feed Screw Gun, these collated wood screws are used to fasten all types of wood decking including cedar, redwood, and preservative-treated woods. Coarse threads (approximately 2/3 up the shank) draw the decking and other material tightly to the substrate.

The ShieldGuard coating is designed for use in non-corrosive, non-marine environments. When your working in a harsher environment, stainless steel is a better option. Type 305 stainless steel offers good protection against general corrosion risk, while type 316 stainless is recommended for harsh, salty, marine environments.
