How long does ground shipping take?

Please refer to this map below to know the standard shipping transit time per state. All products ship from our warehouse in FL.

Subject to the Tariff/Terms and Conditions of Service, UPS guarantees on-schedule delivery of packages, shipped via UPS's services, that are listed as guaranteed, or will refund your transportation charges. Guaranteed Service is not available in all areas and does not apply to shipments containing a package with an Additional Handling or Large Package surcharge. Scheduled business days and delivery schedules are revised occasionally due to changes in distribution and volume, especially during holiday periods. Service to some remote areas also may require additional delivery days. For current delivery schedules, service availability and information, and a description of the UPS service Guarantee, see the UPS Rate and Service Guide. The most up-to-date transit time details will be available at ups.com/ctc at the time of shipping. Certain commodities and high value shipments may require additional transit time for customs clearance.

When will I get my tracking number?

You will receive an email with your tracking number the same-day your order ships. Any item we stock in-house will ship out within 1 business day.

My credit card is getting declined on the website, why?

The most common reason why cards are declined is due to a billing address mis-match. If your billing address is different than your shipping address, please uncheck that checkbox at checkout to enter your unique billing address.

Do you sell boat lifts or boat lift parts?

No

What's the difference between the different brands of floats?

When comparing each float brand we offer, there aren’t many differences. They all have a 15 year warranty. Our largest available inventory on-hand is DPI. The buoyancy ratings between brands can vary slightly, but not by much. If purchasing hardware alongside your floats, we suggest purchasing DPI. Make sure you filter on the left-hand side by size, as size is the most important element when determining which float is best for your dock.

Are the only available kits the ones you show online?

Absolutely not! If you send us the dimensions of the dock you’re trying to build, our USA-based team can whip up a custom quote/kit to ensure you have the exact products needed for your dock! Shoot us an email: sales@dockbuilders.com with the  following information:

- Overall size of dock

- Construction materials being used

- Shipping address

- Stand-alone dock, or ramp/walk-way?

Can WoodRX-O-Natural sealer be applied to any wood finish?

Yes, WoodRX-O-Natural sealer can be applied to any wood finish, as long as the previous sealer is fully removed or no previous sealer was added to the wood.

Do you make Hatteras Pedestals with only Light / Power (no faucet or water connection)?

Yes!  We accomodate custom orders.  

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in original condition with a valid receipt.
