Wood Decking Screws

Modern pressure-treated lumber is hard on fasteners. The copper-based preservatives that make it rot-resistant are also corrosive to steel, which is why a screw rated for interior work fails so quickly in a dock deck.

Our wood decking screws use coatings and stainless alloys rated for treated lumber contact. They drive without predrilling, countersink cleanly, and hold as the boards go through their seasonal wet-dry cycling instead of backing out and creating trip hazards.

Buying in bulk quantities makes sense on any dock over a few hundred square feet, and pairs well with a Muro auto-feed screw gun. Running composite boards instead? Use composite decking screws. Tell us your deck size for a free screw estimate.
