Pile Hoops
A pile hoop is what lets a floating dock ride the tide without drifting away. The hoop wraps the piling and bolts to the dock frame, holding the structure in position laterally while it moves freely up and down.
Our pile hoops are hot-dipped galvanized steel in commercial-grade quarter-inch thickness, with half-inch bolt compatibility, and they adjust to fit pilings up to 16 inches in diameter. Roller-equipped versions cut friction and wear on the piling in locations with significant tide range or current.
