Permafloat Dock Floats
Permafloat dock floats are performance flotation units made with 100% virgin materials, designed for durability, buoyancy, and long-term marine use in both freshwater and saltwater environments.
Shell Material: Virgin LLDPE Resin
- Seamless rotationally molded shell with no joints
- 0.150” nominal thickness (0.125” minimum)
- Impact tested for ambient and low temperatures
- UV stabilized for outdoor exposure
- High environmental stress crack resistance (ESCR)
Foam Fill Material: Expanded Polystyrene (EPS)
- Closed-cell EPS foam construction
- Water absorption less than 3.0 pcf
- Minimum density of 0.90 pcf
- Tested for flexural and compressive strength
