Dock Builders polypropylene piling caps are an excellent and inexpensive way to protect costly pilings from internal rot. All of our caps are UV-stabilized to help withstand harsh outdoor weather conditions.
Cone-shaped pile caps are an excellent choice if you want to deter birds from perching atop your pilings. In addition, the cone makes it easier to throw lines over pilings. Our black piling caps have an estimated life of fifteen years, though the actual life of the piling caps are not guaranteed. Mount with 1-1/4" stainless steel roofing nails or 1-1/4" stainless steel screws.
