The 4 Step WIDE STEP Retractable Dock Ladder provides a durable and comfortable solution for dock access, ideal for residential and commercial waterfront applications. Constructed from 1-1/2" diameter 6063 T5 marine-grade aluminum tubing, this ladder combines strength, corrosion resistance, and long-term durability. Wide-step rungs measure 3.5" in depth, offering superior comfort and support compared to standard 2" rungs. Each step features extruded grooves to provide secure, slip-resistant footing even when wet. The ladder is suitable for use in both fresh and saltwater environments. Standard ladder base is 25", with a shorter 14.5" base option available through the selection menu. Step spacing is 12" between rungs, with each step 3.5" deep and wide. Handles are 14" deep and 23 1/4" high above the dock deck, with an overall ladder width of 21". The ladder supports a maximum load of 650 lbs. Handles are secured with 2000 lb shear-factor stainless aircraft bolts for added safety. Mounting requires four 1/2" diameter bolts (not included), with bolt length varying depending on your mounting structure; stainless or galvanized bolts can be sourced locally.
